RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant marks, or scent
You will also need your proof of purchase.

Please note:
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size only (subject to stock availability).
To request an exchange, please contact us via email.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 business days for processing
- Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider

Important Notes
- MAASAI reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns
