We offer returns within 10 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused and returned in original condition with tags attached.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our team at hi@maasaiactivewear.com and include your order number and details.

Please note all returns must be approved before being sent back.

We offer exchanges for size, subject to stock availability.

Sale items, gift cards and final sale products are not eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, socks and intimates cannot be returned unless faulty.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and your order information.
