Returns and Exchanges

At MAASAI ACTIVEWEAR, we want all our girls to be completely, utterly and 110% in LOVE with their purchase(s)!

So if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you're welcome to send it back for a credit note or pick something else instead! PLEASE NOTE WE DON`T OFFER REFUNDS SO CHOOSE CAREFULLY.

 We dont offer return bags for exchanges or refunds for postage.If you would like your item exchanged for another size make sure you INCLUDE RETURN SHIPPING BAG. 

PLEASE NOTE WE DONT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR SWIMWEAR DUE TO HYGIENIC REASONS SO PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY. 

In order for us to provide you with a credit note on your return, it must meet the following conditions:

1. Items must be received back at HQ within 7 days of first receiving parcel

2. Be received unworn, unwashed and with all tags & original packaging

3. Must be a full-priced item (WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS) ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Also our SALE or DISCOUNTED  ITEMS are FINAL SALE. There is no refunds or cancellations for change of mind.

4. Return parcels must include the order number on the parcel

5. PLEASE KEEP TRACKING NUMBER FOR REFRENCE. If your parcel is lost we are not able to locate it or open investigation unless we have proof you have sent it. Receipt or Tracking Number. 

All our returns our processed within 3-5 business days by our friendly staff. Once our team has inspected the garment, they will then contact you via email.
